新型量子功能材料的探索研究

 

研究方向:

1、 新材料探索

1)探索新型狄拉克材料;

2)探索过渡金属和低维结晶构造的高温超导体;

3)探索轻元素的新型超导体。

 

2、物理特性表征

1)对新材料进行晶体结构、磁性、电输运等基本物性表征;

2)利用转角比热研究非常规超导能隙对称性;

3)利用STM/STS和点接触隧道谱仪研究新型超导体的电子态。

1、样品制备平台

气体保护手套箱、高真空封管系统、多种温区与气氛高温电阻炉、电弧炉、高温高压合成系统、高压反应釜、电化学工作站等

 

 

2、分析测试平台

X射线衍射仪、DTA/DTG差热热重分析仪、PPMS物性测量系统两套(50mK,9T 1.8K16T)、SQUID-VSM (1.8K, 7T) 、扫描隧道显微镜/扫描隧道谱仪(STM/STS)等
