简介:
1987年生,山东泰安人。
2013年7月于中国科学院物理研究所获凝聚态物理专业理学博士学位。
2013.12-2015.11在美国布鲁克海文国家实验室功能纳米材料中心(CFN, BNL)从事博士后研究。
2015.12-2017.7在韩国基础科学研究院(Institute for Basic Science)多维碳材料中心(CMCM)任助理研究员。
2017年加入中国科学院物理研究所,任副研究员。
2019年入选中科院青年创新促进会。
2019年任科技部国家重点研发计划(青年项目)首席科学家。

主要研究方向:
主要研究领域集中在二维材料的制备,表征和物性测量/调控三个方向。
1,制备:
独立发展了新型机械解理技术,制备出四十多种亚厘米量级石墨烯,MoS2, WSe2等二维材料,涵盖了绝缘体,半金属,半导体,超导体,磁性和拓扑材料体系;并且通过优化解理过程,实现在绝缘衬底,导电衬底,透明衬底和柔性衬底上高效解理大面积单晶二维材料;制备高质量无污染的悬空二维材料。
2,表征:
结合拉曼/荧光光谱,扫描隧道显微镜(STM),透射电镜(TEM),角分辨光电子能谱(ARPES)对二维材料的原子结构、电子结构和化学稳定性进行表征。
3,物性测量与调控
通过制备褶皱、气泡等特殊结构,实现应变场下二维材料物性的调控;利用离子液体和去离子水等门电压调控方式,改变二维材料中载流子浓度,获得高开关比的场效应晶体管器件和超导器件;通过加工悬空器件和改变基底等方式,研究二维材料的本征光学和电学性质。

过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
1.首次揭示了机械解理技术的物理机制,发展了高效制备大面积二维材料的新型机械解理技术,给出了普适性的解理规律。成功解理出毫米量级单层石墨烯,铜基超导材料Bi2212,铁基超导材料FeSe, 过渡金属硫属化合物等四十多种材料体系。[ACS Nano. 9 (11), 10612 (2015); arXiv:2002.05025]
2.首次报道了单层硫化硒,并对其拉曼/荧光光谱,能带结构,光电器件进行了系统研究。[ACS Nano, 8(10) 10743(2014); APPLIED PHYSICS LETTERS 108, 123502, (2016)]
3.澄清了30多年来人们对黑磷在空气中退化机理的认识误区,从理论和实验上证明了黑磷的表面是憎水界面,在无氧的水中黑磷不与水反应。[Chem. Mater., 28 (22), 8330 (2016)]
4.首次在大尺寸石墨烯气泡发现了由驻波干涉引起的拉曼震荡环,并结合这一物理模型计算出了石墨烯的热导率[PRL, 120, 186104 (2018)]
5.解理出单层的RuCl3,首次结合拉曼光谱证明了这种材料具有二维量子自旋液体的性质,并且在单层中磁阻挫会明显增强[2D Materials, 6, 015014 (2019)]。
6.首次实现了新型机械解理技术与角分辨光电子能谱的结合,成功在毫米量级单层WSe2, MoTe2中观察到清晰的能带结构。[Nano Res., 12, 3095 (2019)]
7.结合层状材料应变下的行为,发现层状材料褶皱形成之后会伴随有层间距的增加,为流动性的物质提供了新的通道,在此基础上对多种宏观地质活动的形成机理给出了一些可能性解释。[物理学报, 69(2): 026101, (2020)]
