简介:
主要研究方向:
1)薄膜与异质结的分子束外延生长;
2)界面超导
过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
1)利用分子束外延技术制备大面积原子级平整的Pb单晶薄膜,FeSe单晶薄膜以及EuTiO3单晶薄膜;
2)发现单原子层FeSe/STO薄膜具有高温超导电性。
